Return and Refund Policy for Saavi Jewel
1. Return Policy
Our goal at Saavi Jewel is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on defected or major broken items accompanied by a receipt within 15 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Any customized or personalized items are non-returnable as these are one of a kind, made-to-order jewelry which cannot be resold.
3. Mandatory Opening Video
It is mandatory to have the opening video to claim any kind of damage to get an exchange or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-14 days after receiving the item.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at saavijewel@gmail.com.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at saavijewel@gmail.com.
6. Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to [Your Business Address]. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
