If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on defected or major broken items accompanied by a receipt within 15 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment.

It is mandatory to have the opening video to claim any kind of damage to get an exchange or refund.
